Liquor cannot be poured from the sealed bottles until the pour spout is inserted into the activator ring and inverted. The pour spout will then activate, allowing only the pre-set, specified amount to be poured. The CYCLONE identifies each and every liquor brand and the pour size dispensed for every single drink made. This system will reduce your pouring costs, substantially. The CYCLONE processor controls the pour, communicates with the printer, computer, or P.O.S. and provides four different pour size buttons for the bartender. Depressing 1 of the 4 pour size buttons will change the pour size of the next drink poured. Of course, each liquor brand and the pour size is recorded for future reporting. |
